No Refunds
All purchases are final. Refunds will not be issued for any reason, including bans, rank dissatisfaction, or accidental purchases. Please read item descriptions carefully before buying.

No Chargebacks
Issuing a chargeback instead of contacting support will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the server and store. Always reach out to us first if there's an issue with your order.

Purchases Are Account-Bound
Ranks, cosmetics, and perks are tied to the Minecraft account used at checkout and cannot be transferred to another account, except through the official gift option.

Provide Accurate Information at Checkout
Double-check your Minecraft username before completing a purchase. We are not responsible for purchases delivered to the wrong account due to a typo.

Purchases Do Not Protect You from Bans
Buying a rank or item does not exempt you from the server rules. Breaking the rules can result in a ban regardless of any purchases made, and no refund will be given.

One Gift Per Transaction
When gifting a purchase, ensure the recipient's username is correct. We cannot reverse or redirect a gift once it has been delivered.

Report Store Issues to Support Only
If you experience an issue with delivery, billing, or your order, contact our support team directly. Do not open a dispute with PayNow before giving us the chance to help.

Respect the Purchase System
Exploiting bugs, glitches, or payment loopholes to receive items without payment is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban and forfeiture of all ranks/items.
